Craig Habif
Craig is Vice President at Habif Properties where he oversees management and leasing of a portfolio of more than 45 properties and 250 tenants. Craig is an Atlanta native with more than 18 years experience in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Habif Properties, Craig worked with Jamestown for 6.5 years where he was General Manager of Ponce City Market, a 2 million square foot adaptive use development in the heart of Atlanta. Craig was responsible for financial and operational oversight of the project which included office, retail, restaurant and residential components. Craig started at Ponce City Market in 2014, when he began transitioning the property out of heavy construction, through initial occupancy and ultimately to 100% leased across all uses.
Before Jamestown, Craig managed a portfolio of over 2 million square feet for Lincoln Property Company. This portfolio included 350,000 square feet of Class A office space at 55 Allen Plaza, where Craig directed the building through the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification process.

Craig attended Tulane University in New Orleans. He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and High-Performance Sustainable Buildings (BOMI-HP) designations from BOMI International and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

He served on the Board of Directors for The Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia (BOMA Georgia) from January 2018 through December 2019 where he was an advocate for legislation, sustainability, continuing education, and networking in the commercial real estate management industry.

Craig served on the Board of Directors for the Old Fourth Ward Business Association (O4WBA) from January 2018 through December 2019, and served on the Executive Committee as Treasurer from January 2020 through December 2021 where he assisted with development of a multi-year strategic plan, fundraising and creating strategic partnerships.
​
Craig is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Stonecrest Industrial Council and is a member of the Marietta Street Artery Association.
