Property managers are battling a hazard called flushable wipes. While some wipes claim to be flushable, they are not.

Please, THINK before you Flush.

The following items should NEVER be flushed down toilets:

  1. Baby Wipes / Wet Wipes / Cleaning Pads / Diapers / Paper Towels

  2. Dental Floss

  3. Q-tips / Cotton Balls

  4. Hair

  5. Any feminine hygiene products

Wipes and similar items flushed down toilets bind together and cause sewage backups costing thousands of dollars to repair and inconvenience to tenants and guests. Please be sure to notify your employees of this problem.
